This Privacy Policy describes how STRIPPAY SOLUTIONS, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information through our website, our mobile applications (including T!ps), and our Clover POS integrations.

1. Scope and Roles

We provide a platform for workforce management and payment facilitation.

• Recipients (Entertainers/Drivers): Individuals using the app to check in for work, initiate service payments (e.g., dances, VIP time), or request referral payments.
• Merchants: Business owners using our Clover POS integration to manage staff and process payments.
• Customers: Individuals who pay for services or tips via a Merchant's Clover account.

2. Information We Collect

A. From Recipients (Entertainers & Drivers)

• Identity & Authentication: Legal name, display name, email address, and profile image. Authentication is handled via Auth0 (including Google account data if used).
• Work Authorization: For Nevada-based users, we collect images and details of your Sheriff Card to verify work eligibility.
• Precise Geolocation: We collect your precise GPS location to facilitate "Geofencing." This is used to:
  1. Verify you are on-premises for work check-ins.
  2. Automatically check you out of a location when you leave. Background Location: This data is collected even when the app is closed or not in use to ensure accurate check-outs and payment eligibility.
• Payment Request Data: Information regarding services provided (e.g., type of dance, duration) or referral details for drivers.

B. From Merchants

• Business Profile: Company name and physical coordinates of your location(s).
• Transaction Metadata: We synchronize and store data from your Clover account, including payment status and amounts, on our secure servers to provide reporting and facilitate recipient payouts.

C. From Customers

We do not collect personal or financial data directly from customers. Customers pay via a QR code or terminal that interfaces directly with the Merchant's Clover account. Strip Pay Solutions acts as a facilitator and does not store customer credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Information

We use your data to:

• Facilitate Payments: Enable entertainers to initiate payments and drivers to request referral fees.
• Workforce Management: Automate check-ins/outs via geofencing.
• Compliance: Verify Sheriff Cards for Nevada regulatory requirements.
• Analytics: Improve app performance using anonymous data via Netlify and Sentry.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Auth0: For identity verification and login security.
• Clover: To process transactions and sync merchant data.
• The Merchant: Your check-in status and payment requests are shared with the business owner where you are working.
• Sentry/Netlify: For anonymous performance monitoring and error tracking.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Nevada Privacy Rights (NRS 603A): You have the right to opt out of the "sale" of your data. While we do not sell data, you may submit an opt-out request to info@strippaysolutions.com.
• Location Services: You can opt out of location tracking via your device settings, but this will prevent the T!ps app from functioning for check-ins and payment initiation.
• Account Closure: To request the closure of your account and deletion of your data, contactinfo@strippaysolutions.com. Please note that we may retain certain information (e.g., Sheriff Cards or transaction logs) as required by Nevada labor laws or for tax and audit purposes.

6. Data Security and Retention

We store transaction data and verification documents on our secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information. We retain records for the duration of your active use and for the minimum period required by Nevada law for employment and financial records.
